Description

Thank you for the 10k PV. I really appreciate this...
This snail is (now) my Facebook Timeline Profile Cover. :D
I love snails :iconiheartitplz::iconiloveitplz: (If you know me, you can see on my papers, workbooks, everywhere...)
so I wanted to draw a snail and my favourite fruit is strawberry...
I hope you like it! :iconiloveitmoreplz:

I have seen a pic about a yellow snail - this has taken the idea - but I did'n use a reference.

The shading of the leaves came out well; as did the lighting. The distribution of strawberies adds a bit of colour and stops the image from being repetitive green or empty looking.

It is at first a deceptivly simple image, but really because of your shading this is really a pretty detailed artwork. I like that the snail shell draws in the eye first; it's appropriate and allows the eye to then wander up the length of the snail to the big strawberries.

The only distraction I have is that the dark outlines of the strawberries and their stems make them appear like they are seperated from the leaves behind; this isn't really noticable unless you inspect the image closely however.

The artwork is warm and cheerful, and it shows you are talented at both colourign with pencils and drawing. Good work and keep it up <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/t/t…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title="Thumbs Up"/>
